Graystone Farm's packages and pricing are perfect for your wedding memories. Our goal is to provide you the backdrop for the wedding you've dreamed about, on the budget you already have.
Our Stress-Less rental agreements include all the set-up and tear-down time you need, event insurance, and restroom facilities, because who needs more things to plan for their wedding? We are booking 2025 and 2026 dates.

Our day-of coordination and officiating services give you the convenience of working with a single vendor for all important coordination and logistical considerations, and we structure them in the same budget-friendly way we manage our wedding packages.

One-Day Wedding*

With access to both the indoor and outdoor facilities at Graystone Farm from 9 am to 11 pm, this option is perfect if you'd like to focus on an outdoor event but want the flexibility of a rainy day backup, a cocktail hour, or an indoor dance floor.

Wedded Weekend Bliss
2025: $5000
2026: $8000
We are the only location in Berks County to offer our full farm venue from Friday afternoon through Sunday evening! Your Stress Less reservation guarantees that you will be the only event at the farm for the weekend, allowing you easier setup and tear-down, rehearsal location, and plenty of photo opps.

DAY-OF COORDINATION SERVICES
We get it! A wedding is rare event in most people's lives, and the planning can get overwhelming. Our day-of coordination services give you the opportunity to focus on enjoying the day rather than running a schedule. Because we run our services entirely in-house, you get a coordinator who is an expert in how everything works on the farm, the best flow and timing possible, and how to help you feel most comfortable. We customize every quote to your needs after a simple intake call, so you can be sure you're paying for only what you want. Below are our tiers and ranges to give you a rough idea of pricing.

Looking for a beautiful place to host your graduation party, bridal shower, baby shower, or family reunion? We do that, too! We provide the setting, you create the party. Parties at Graystone Farm include everything below, and everything else is up to you. Just like our weddings, we try to keep everything transparent and simple!
